Employees respond to your request via one of these communication channels.

Shiftex can incorporate union rules / seniority ranking. As well as a stand-alone solution, Shiftex can be integrated into your existing workforce/scheduling software.

The Mobile Schedule Connect (MSC) module, also known as the Shiftex Platform, provides organizations with the ability to accommodate variable scheduling needs by communicating with their staff in real time to fill shifts that become open due to changing operational needs or absenteeism.  The application has been deployed as part of leading scheduling and workforce management applications, but can also be deployed stand-alone as a robust shift filling tool and a light scheduling tool.
