Mobile Employee Connect allows employees to access their work information through their mobile phone or any land line on the go allowing your organization to reduce administrative costs and improving workflow procedures as well as provide mobile time capture.
Mobile Employee Connect allows your employees to remotely track their start time, end times and job transfers for work assignments through their mobile phones or from a landline phone. Both solutions allow punch-in and punch-out information, combined with location based GPS coordinate confirmation and labor metrics, to be captured and transferred to your organization’s Time & Attendance systems.

With Mobile Employee Connect, individuals have on demand access to:
- Location based time and job reporting
- View their upcoming schedule
- Make time off requests
- Check accruals and balances
- Request over time
- Update personal information such as phone number and mailing address
- View company messages
- Perform any other employee-centric activities
The services are available through downloadable Blackberry, iPhone and Windows Mobile applications, text messaging and Interactive Voice Response application. Through either medium the user connects to the Vortex middleware, which is integrated to the users Workforce Management Information System. The Vortex middleware authenticates the employee, provides a list of available features, and allows the user to carry out the desired function such as take a real time look at their upcoming schedule or request a vacation.
